Panda Express is seeking proven leaders for store management roles within Panda Restaurant Group. You will support a single store’s operations, hire and lead associates, and drive financial performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We offer a multi-week leadership training program, mentorship, and extensive development opportunities as part of a strong Panda community that values growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Support and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
