Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

You will assist in the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and work toward achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program of 3 or more weeks is provided to prepare you for success, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
