Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. The Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program
