Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will support the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a 401K with company match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Desired Skills: High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
