As an Assistant Manager you’ll help run a single store, hire and supervise staff, drive financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. We provide a multi-week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Includes 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
