Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store. You will assist in hiring, directing associates, and driving financial and guest satisfaction goals while undergoing a comprehensive leadership training program.

This role offers a structured path to store management with a strong emphasis on development, mentorship, and a competitive compensation package including benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single Panda Express location, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for management duties.
