Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations at Panda Express. You will hire, lead and develop associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will undergo a multi-week leadership training program and have opportunities for advancement within the company, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and participate in ongoing career development to prepare for management roles.
