Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire and lead a team, ensure financial goals are met, and participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for future management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home ( Speedway, IN ).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety awareness and the ability to handle hot foods and kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store; help drive financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and participate in leadership training programs.
• Support a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
