Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and excellent guest experiences.
• Support leadership training and development during the 3+ week program.
