Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction. A comprehensive leadership training program of 3+ weeks will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to work in a hot, fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Help achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
