Team Wireless is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to work alongside the store manager, learn about our business, Verizon products, and develop valuable skills while delivering outstanding guest service in a fun, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year in wireless is preferred.
• Customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing and motivating staff to increase sales and efficiency.
• Educating guests about deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized Verizon agent.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure inventory is on display, leading by example.
