Arby’s in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Manager to help hire and train team members, lead daily operations, and maintain high standards of service and quality. You will ensure policy compliance, resolve customer concerns, and drive profitability while mentoring staff and presenting employee reviews.

The role requires a proven track record as a senior staff member or assistant manager, with a passion for customer service and team development, and a path toward General Manager from within.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring company policies are followed.

• Assisting customers whenever necessary.

• Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
