A three or more week Store Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success. You must be flexible to work openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and hold a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the three or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
