Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct team members to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

A leadership training program of 3 or more weeks is provided to prepare you for success. Required: high school diploma, ability to relocate within 50 miles, flexible availability including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and Serve Safe certified

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Training provided through a multi-week leadership program.
