Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and direct a team to reach financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with relocation within a 50-mile radius as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
