Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success, with ongoing development supported by our Panda community. You will be flexible to relocate within 50 miles, work opening/closing shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
