BURGER KING in Kasson, Minnesota is seeking a motivated restaurant professional to join our growing team as a shift supervisor. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop servant leaders, create memorable guest experiences, balance service with financial goals, train new team members, lead daily huddles, coach staff, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—puts your people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences—the guest experience should be so good the guest returns.
• Administration—balance high-quality service with financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training for their role.
• Leads inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Ensures team members receive ongoing training and coaching.
• Builds the shift supervisors' capability for next level.
• Monitors brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operation standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals are met.
• Manages daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding of new team members.
