Job summary

Burger King in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a motivated shift supervisor to lead teams, deliver memorable guest experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a fast-paced service environment.

You will coach and develop crew, manage schedules, monitor food quality and HACCP compliance, handle guest concerns, and partner with the Restaurant General Manager to meet service, cleanliness and profitability goals. This role offers growth opportunities in a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; makes adjustments.
• Manages onboarding of new team members.
• Implements plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
