Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer. You will ensure all customers are seen and connected with, upholding our mission and HEART culture on the floor.

You will lead by example, coach employees, manage store operations, inventory and merchandising, and drive results through Trendsend styling and customer outreach. Past retail leadership is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and trends.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Support recruiting to build a strong store team.
• Maintain on-floor presence with fashion and trends.
• Lead by example following company standards and Store Manager guidance.
• Coach and develop employees to achieve success in their roles.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to department goals.
