Chuck E. Cheese, part of CEC Entertainment, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a dedicated team in our high-energy family entertainment environment. You’ll strive to ensure every guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities include daily staffing decisions, coaching, sales growth, cost controls, safety and guest service, with rotation through four AOI areas: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom. This role offers hourly pay $13.30–$18.29, potential commissions, and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through each: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom.
