Burger King is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness and safety across the restaurant. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Age 18+, legal eligibility to work.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced settings (restaurants, retail, etc.).
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely, confident decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Maintain BK brand standards, encourage ideas, remove roadblocks, and model hands-on leadership.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, ensure maintenance, and uphold cash control & security protocols.
