Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to ensure standards of quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Drive sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction by executing operational plans.
• Maintain BK brand standards, manage inventory and assets, and ensure cash control and security protocols.
• Support leadership development and foster a positive, proactive team environment.
