GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and developing a high-performing team. You will coach Shift Leaders, maintain operational excellence, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities. You will help build a culture based on accountability, teamwork, and growth while staying customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
