GDLP Restaurants in Westminster, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, coach leaders, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will help build a high-performing team, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, handle hiring and scheduling, and prepare for future General Manager opportunities through mentoring and performance development.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
