Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Burger King location in the United States. You will partner with the RGM to drive restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results. Lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will focus on people development, operational discipline, and achieving and sustaining sales growth, labor efficiency, and food safety targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments (restaurants, retail, etc.).
• Strong communication and team-motivation abilities.
• Decision-making under pressure with a people-first approach.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and BK® standards.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and shift coordinators.
• Commitment to learning and growth within a fast-moving restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team.
