Carrols LLC, the Burger King franchise serving Mint Hill, North Carolina, is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive restaurant performance and coach a fast-paced team.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to uphold BK brand standards, deliver guest experiences, manage operations, control costs, and lead development of Team Members and Shift Coordinators through hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by leading the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
• Lead strong operations by upholding BK brand standards and resolving roadblocks.
