Burger King® Assistant Manager at Carrols LLC is a hands-on leadership role in Gastonia, NC. You’ll work with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results while coaching team members and maintaining brand standards.

You will lead shifts, develop people, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are upheld daily, with focus on guest experience and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to grow skills.
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards and removing roadblocks.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders, and cash controls.
