Job summary

Carrols LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Burger King restaurant. You’ll partner with the RGM to drive performance, oversee shifts, and coach Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and strong results.

You’ll help maintain BK brand standards, manage inventory and cash controls, and support growth and guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team members to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth.
• Monitor operations, labor, inventory and cash controls to support profitability.
