Firehouse Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager in running daily operations and developing future leaders. You will guide teams to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment and drive profitability through inventory control and asset management.

You will coach Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, uphold Firehouse Subs standards, and contribute to a purpose-driven culture that emphasizes service and community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first leadership mindset with strong communication and team development skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions in a dynamic setting.
• Commitment to delivering great guest experiences and upholding Firehouse Subs standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring Firehouse Subs standards are met.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Develop your people by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and strengthening performance.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control and security procedures.
