ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our Gonzales location. You will hire, train, and coach hourly team members, ensuring a safe and engaging dining environment while maintaining quality customer service.

The role requires a minimum of two years in restaurant management, excellent interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to communicate in English (read/write).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing hourly team members; schedule and evaluate staff.

• Serve as the go-to resource for hourly team members and address needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Monitor and ensure hourly performance meets company standards through follow-ups.
