Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, training, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. The role requires strong leadership and customer service focus in a fast-paced Wingstop environment.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training programs.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts as needed to keep operations uninterrupted.
• Oversee shift leaders to ensure order accuracy and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate with the store manager on achieving sales, cost, and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure deliveries and stock are received correctly and reported for variances.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through QSC practices.
