Carrols LLC is seeking a Burger King® Assistant Manager in Akron to partner with the RGM to drive restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments
