You will develop staff, manage shifts, train new team members, ensure food safety, and uphold Panera’s standards of warmth and trust.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
