Job summary

Panera Bread Elyria DT is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our bakery-café team and support the General Manager in daily operations, customer experiences, and profitability. You will coach staff, plan staffing, and foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

You will be responsible for maintaining Panera’s standards, driving guest satisfaction, and assisting with cost control and safety practices. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation (license and insurance a plus).
