Flynn Arby’s in Coffeyville, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, mentor team members, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

This full-time position requires at least 2 years in hospitality or food service, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
