Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Familiarity with P&L statements.
• Strong guest service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Full availability for nights, weekends and holidays; 50-hour weeks.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift 35–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• All Administrative duties.
• Interviewing, hiring and training new team members.
• Provide daily feedback and regular performance reviews.
• Oversee a diverse team creating high-quality pizzas while following food-safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant upkeep per company standards.
• Lead teams to create lively, engaging guest interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
