Blaze Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a company-owned restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining top product quality. You will coach managers and teams, control labor and inventory, and ensure food safety and brand standards are upheld.

As GM, you’ll drive profitability by leveraging coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision-making while fostering a culture of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant operations management experience in Quick Service or Casual Dining.
• Profit & Loss responsibility and budget awareness.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops restaurant team to deliver guest experiences.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and labor to meet targets.
• Monitors food safety, product quality, and Blaze standards.
• Analyzes sales and labor data to improve margins and growth.
