Blaze Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to join a franchise network. You will oversee shifts, help manage a friendly team, take orders, serve guests, and ensure pizzas are prepared to brand standards. On-the-job training and mentoring are provided to develop management capabilities and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fun, energetic and friendly.
• Good personal grooming.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, stretch and use wrists continuously.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, preparing and firing pizzas to company standards.
• Operating a point of sale system and handling cash procedures.
• Food prep, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a clean dining room.
• Deliver fast, courteous, sincere, and positive guest service.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance per company standards.
• Lead and support team, jump in where needed, foster guest interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
