Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Streetsboro, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and develop the team in a hospitality‑driven, fast‑paced setting.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to shape strategy, coach staff, and ensure guest experiences meet Freddy’s standards of quality and service. Apply your coaching and financial acumen to grow the business and the people.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a shift lead or manager in a full-service, casual dining or quick-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and develop people.
• Experience reading financial statements, sales or activity reports to measure productivity and goals.
• Proficiency with desktop software and spreadsheets; labor management and P&Ls are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Dynamic personality with passion for serving high-quality food.
• Focus on profits, sales growth and team development.
