Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead with the General Manager. You’ll drive hospitality, coach staff, and ensure quick, accurate service while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.

You’ll manage labor, food costs and inventory, develop a positive culture, and mentor team members to grow and improve guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a shift lead or manager in a restaurant
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service and develop people
• Experience reading financial statements and sales reports
• Proficiency with desktop software and spreadsheets; labor management and P&L a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, motivate staff and shape strategic vision with GM
• Ensure hospitality, quality and cleanliness standards are met
• Coach and develop team; manage schedules and performance
• Control labor and food costs, reduce waste and drive profitability
• Build guest relationships, handle issues with hospitality-first mindset
• Utilize management tools to drive profitability and growth
• Hire, train and evaluate staff; provide advancement opportunities
