Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily store operations, upholding the company mission, values and culture, and coaching crew to deliver outstanding custard, service and cleanliness.

You will help manage inventory, staffing, and performance, while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. This role requires 1+ year of management experience in quick service and a willingness to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry, or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orders and inventory, adjust pars and participate in monthly inventory.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Assist with food ordering and deliveries and ensure proper product rotation.
