Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven management experience in food service or a related leadership role.
• This is a highly hands-on position requiring front-of-house interaction with guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Solid employment history with positive references.
