Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and drive sales.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and staff development.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment.
• Meet performance metrics and coach staff.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue.
• Ensure banking, safety, and legal compliance.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
