Madewell is seeking an Assistant Manager in Scottsdale to join our leadership team. You will drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, coaching sales teams for peak performance.

You will collaborate with the leadership group to adapt strategies and ensure smooth operations, while owning a division such as Visual Merchandising or HR. The role requires 1–2 years in retail management and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with a brand focus.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Help the team exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
