Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Walnut Creek to lead customer experiences, support the Shop Manager, and drive sales and operational excellence. The role emphasizes living Lush leadership practices, staff development, and delivering a memorable in-store experience.

You will manage day-to-day shop operations, mentor staff, ensure store standards, and collaborate on achieving sales targets while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.

• Basic HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
