Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, assigning daily work and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Order and maintain inventory levels to keep the restaurant well-stocked.
• Handle cash register reconciliations and maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff members.
• Conduct orientation and training for Shift Leaders and hourly employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Adjust work schedules and approve overtime to ensure full shift coverage.
• Exemplify a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Communicate effectively with staff, guests, vendors, and the community.
• Lead management and staff meetings as directed.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns promptly.
