Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure top-quality food, service, and sanitation.
• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff with enthusiasm and care.
• Assign daily work tasks and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Reconcile cash registers and maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Ensure all staff adhere to safety, food handling, and company standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire motivated staff for all positions.
• Train and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Adjust schedules to maintain smooth operations and approve overtime as needed.
• Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude, communicate effectively, lead team meetings, and delegate tasks.
