Brewing Brand is hiring for an Assistant Manager to join our Dunkin’ network. Lead daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while enjoying perks, professional growth, and the opportunity to earn extra with credit card tips.

As Assistant Manager you support the Restaurant Manager, lead team meetings, oversee Brand Training Programs, and ensure standards, safety, and profitability across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, certify staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Execute with RM new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and comply with laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Support RM in weekly labor scheduling.
• Support RM in staff deployment.
• Support RM in supplier orders.
• Ensure restaurant budget is met by franchisee.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
