Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant team members; support Restaurant Manager in their absence.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, scheduling, training, validate, certify staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused culture in the restaurant and respond to guest feedback.
• Assist with weekly labor scheduling to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability and maintain inventory controls.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and ensure compliance with laws.
