Job summary

Burger King in Tallahassee is seeking an Assistant Manager to help create great guest experiences, support and develop the team, and keep the restaurant running smoothly day after day. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive performance, coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members, and model hands-on leadership while delivering the flavor we’re known for.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

Create great guest experiences by leading by example and energizing the team.
Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
Maintain BK brand standards and drive smooth restaurant operations.
Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, and ensure cash control & security.
